Marketplace & eResellers Manager (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

1. Marketplace Management (Amazon & Beyond)

• Lead the development and growth of our Amazon presence, including product listings, A+ content, PPC campaigns, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with agencies for creative assets and enriched content to ensure ADA Cosmetics remains consistently visible and inspiring.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into concrete action plans.
• Explore and expand into new marketplaces beyond Amazon.

2. eResellers Management (Digital Sales Partners)

• Develop and nurture relationships with digital resellers (pure players, e-retailers, hospitality distributors with e-shops).
• Ensure brand consistency across channels: content, pricing, promotions.
• Provide partners with guidelines and support to grow our shared business.
• Manage daily collaboration and negotiations in French and German for Francophone and German-speaking markets.

3. Support to Digital Marketing

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns across e-commerce, newsletters, and social media.
• Contribute to content development for ADA Cosmetics-owned platforms, coordinating with agencies as needed.
• Track performance, analyze KPIs, and report on progress.

Anforderungen

• 3–5 years’ experience in marketplace management (Amazon essential) and/or reseller account management.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO/SEA, and e-commerce best practices.
• Languages: Fluent in French and German (both required), plus professional English.
• A builder’s mindset: proactive, hands-on, and motivated by the idea of creating something new.
• Relationship-driven, structured, and analytical, with a spark of creativity.
